Pane Cunzatu

Ingredients
- 500 g Bread
- 150 g Sundried tomato
- 50 g Anchovy fillets in oil
- Black Pepper
- Oregano
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
Directions
- Halve the bread, heated in oven for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil extravegine abundant.
- Distributed over the chopped anchovy fillets and tomato sundreid, sprinkle all over again with a pinch of oregano, add Parmesan Reggiano or Grana Padano.
- Recompose the bread, pressing slightly and serve.
