Pane Cunzatu

Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread
  • 150 g Sundried tomato
  • 50 g Anchovy fillets in oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil

Directions

  1. Halve the bread, heated in oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil extravegine abundant.
  3. Distributed over the chopped anchovy fillets and tomato sundreid, sprinkle all over again with a pinch of oregano, add Parmesan Reggiano or Grana Padano.
  4. Recompose the bread, pressing slightly and serve.
