Pasta Rucolina

Serves 4 Preparation time 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 500g Fusilli
  • 200g Pesto di Rucola (fresh rocket pesto with grana padano cheese)
  • 130g Tuna (tuna in oil)
  • 100g “Ciliegino Siciliano”(semi-dried cherry tomato in oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Fill a large pan with water
  2. Add salt and oil
  3. Add the pasta to the boiling water
  4. Leave the pasta for the time stated on the pack and stir every couple of minutes to prevent the pasta from sticking
  5. Take a frying pan, add “Pesto Di Rucola”, “ Ciliegino Siciliano”, tuna, parsley stir for 2-3 minutes on a low heat
  6. Once the pasta is ready and “al dente” drain it and add it to the frying pan
  7. Mix all the ingredients together for 1-2 minutes
  8. Add black pepper
  9. Serve
