Pasta Rucolina

Ingredients
- 500g Fusilli
- 200g Pesto di Rucola (fresh rocket pesto with grana padano cheese)
- 130g Tuna (tuna in oil)
- 100g “Ciliegino Siciliano”(semi-dried cherry tomato in oil)
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Fill a large pan with water
- Add salt and oil
- Add the pasta to the boiling water
- Leave the pasta for the time stated on the pack and stir every couple of minutes to prevent the pasta from sticking
- Take a frying pan, add “Pesto Di Rucola”, “ Ciliegino Siciliano”, tuna, parsley stir for 2-3 minutes on a low heat
- Once the pasta is ready and “al dente” drain it and add it to the frying pan
- Mix all the ingredients together for 1-2 minutes
- Add black pepper
- Serve
